With each passing year, Turkish wines are more refined – and more available in North America. But they taste better in Turkey.

Invited by the Ottoman Emperor after the Expulsion from Spain in 1492, many Sephardim found a welcoming home in Turkey and became an important part of the Ottoman and Turkish society.
