Why use Scuzo instead of planning everything myself?
You gain time, destination judgment and continuity. We connect the route, hotels, guiding and transport, then remain available while you travel. The value is not simply making reservations; it is knowing which choices work together and which apparent shortcuts create a weaker trip.
Do you offer set departures?
No. We design private journeys for couples, families and groups of friends. We also create affinity trips for museums, universities and organizations when the program calls for specialist access and coordination.
Are your trips always expensive?
Cost depends on season, destination, hotel level, transport and the experiences included. We are not positioned as the cheapest option, but we discuss priorities honestly and can revise the design when the first proposal exceeds the intended budget.
Do you charge a planning fee?
Scuzo has traditionally worked on good faith without a separate planning fee. Your proposal explains the services included and presents the trip as a complete arrangement rather than a line-by-line resale of individual components.
Can families and children travel with you?
Yes. We design many family and multigenerational journeys. Age, stamina, room configuration, school interests and the balance between adult and child-focused time are considered from the beginning.
Can you work with my travel advisor?
Yes. We regularly work with professional travel advisors and can coordinate through them while our destination teams design and operate the journey.
What happens while I am traveling?
You receive an in-country contact for practical help, supported by the Scuzo team. That continuity matters when a dinner time changes, weather affects a plan or you need assistance unexpectedly.
Do you arrange international flights?
Most clients arrange long-haul flights independently or through their travel advisor. Where appropriate, we arrange domestic and regional flights that form part of the itinerary.
